We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Returns sent without a return authorization number may not be processed.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs for Returns: Unless the item is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs.
